HOW
A ten-day course includes:
Training aimed at overcoming extreme mental and physical stress
Crossing natural and man-made obstacles (including cliffs, water flows and reservoirs)
Effects of short and long-term stress on mental health and pointers for their elimination
Information on weapons, ammunition types and their effects
Orientation in unknown terrain under complicated conditions
Movement in dangerous areas (both urban and open terrain)
Survival of the individual and groups in an unknown areas
Search for, improvisation and use of shelters
Mine awareness
Self-defence
First aid
PLUS
Evaluation and Lessons Learned
Meetings with soldiers who have personal knowledge from various Czech foreign deployments
to discuss mutual working relations between the media, humanitarian representatives and the military
