The development of this successor of the L-410 TURBOLET started in 1984, while the first flight of version L-610M took off on 30 December 1988. One prototype of this aircraft with two turbo-propeller engines (Walter M-602) of Czech make was operated by the Czechoslovak and Czech Air Force till 1994.

This is the first aircraft manufactured at the Let Kunovice Works in the former Czechoslovakia. This two-engine turbo-propeller-driven transport aircraft, designed to carry personnel and cargo at short distances, made its first flight on 16 April 1969.

This is a light training jet aircraft and the successor of an L-29 DELFÍN manufactured by AERO Vodochody in the Czech Republic. It is designed for basic and advanced training of pilots. Since 1968, there have been developed and produced several modified and upgraded versions of the aircraft, that are identified as L-39C, L-39V, L-39ZA, L-39MS, and L-39ZO.

This is a two-seat jet aircraft made by AERO Vodochody in the Czech Republic, and has the NATO code of “MAYA”. The aircraft was designed by Z. Rublič and K. Tomáš as a substitute for the cylinder-engine training aircraft of the Czechoslovak Air Force. The L-29 was the first jet aircraft constructed in Czechoslovakia.
